These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and Primatoto (hereinafter referred to as "primatoto", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at primatoto.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using the primatoto platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or redeeming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the primatoto platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered on the primatoto platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and personal information.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by primatoto to eligible players, subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Player's personal payment method to their primatoto account balance, using any approved payment channel including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or supported cryptocurrencies.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency equivalent where applicable.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer game, virtual sports, table game, or other gambling product made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity and confirm eligibility to use the Platform.
• "Platform" means the primatoto website, mobile site, and any affiliated applications or services operated by the Company.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting service offered on the Platform, including markets on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other sporting events.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of Funds from a Player's account balance to their designated payment method.

Registration and use of the primatoto platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Primatoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To be eligible to hold an active primatoto account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Not be a resident or national of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of primatoto or any of its affiliated entities;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or other restriction on gambling activity that would apply to your use of the Platform;
• Have a valid Malaysian payment method or supported cryptocurrency wallet for deposits and withdrawals;
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

To access the full suite of primatoto services, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying primatoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Keeping your registered email address, phone number, and payment details up to date at all times.

Primatoto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for refusal. Registration does not guarantee permanent access to the Platform.

As part of our compliance obligations and commitment to player safety, primatoto requires all registered players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or, in certain cases, before a first deposit is confirmed. KYC verification is also triggered by account activity indicative of suspicious patterns or by periodic compliance reviews.

Verification documents typically required include:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), or valid passport;
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence in your name, dated within the last three (3) months and showing your registered residential address;
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a masked bank account statement or eWallet confirmation), where required;
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your government-issued ID, confirming identity.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is completed. Primatoto will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not passed identity verification. All documents submitted are treated in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.1 Deposits

Primatoto accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for standard methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. All deposits credited to a primatoto account are immediately available for wagering.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Primatoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, eWallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own transaction fees.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. Rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are the Player's responsibility.
• Primatoto reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, sourced from criminal activity, or in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to the Player's registered Malaysian bank account or eWallet. Withdrawal processing times may extend during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical limitations.
• Primatoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Primatoto does not charge withdrawal fees. However, applicable bank transfer fees charged by the receiving institution are the Player's responsibility.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Primatoto offers a range of promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotion-level conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: The standard wagering requirement for primatoto bonuses is fifteen (15) times the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering multipliers, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion description.
• Game Contributions: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 100% on selections at odds of 1.80 or higher; bets at lower odds do not contribute.
• Claim Period: Bonuses must be claimed within fourteen (14) days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering Period: Once claimed, bonus wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days. Unmet wagering requirements after this period result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Primatoto actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, low-margin betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, primatoto reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.

All games and betting markets on the primatoto platform are governed by individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface or market listing. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

• Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during an active game session or live bet, primatoto will refer to server-side records to determine the outcome. The Company's determination is final.
• Primatoto reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously erroneous odds due to system error, data feed failure, or human error. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
• Sports betting results are settled in accordance with official match or event results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia results, the English Premier League for EPL fixtures). Primatoto's settlement decisions are final.
• Primatoto does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or betting market and may withdraw or suspend games without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the primatoto platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending and recent transactions, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Registration of more than one (1) account per individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Employing automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in live games, poker rooms, or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any winnings from exploited errors will be voided;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks on deposits previously used for wagering.

All content on the primatoto platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the primatoto brand name and trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for publication or commercial distribution without the express prior written consent of primatoto. Unauthorised use of any platform content or intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, primatoto shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if primatoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Primatoto does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In all cases, primatoto's aggregate liability to a Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Primatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal conduct;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — dormancy fees may apply at a rate of RM5 per month after this period, deducted from remaining balance until the balance reaches zero;
• Any requirement under applicable law, regulation, or court order to do so.

Any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

Primatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent security considerations.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which primatoto holds its operating licence. Players consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration mechanisms applicable under the said governing law for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Malaysia. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
